Job Overview

  • Developing industry specific pipeline for Senior Sales people will be the SDR’s primary focus
  • Developing targeted sales strategy based on specific industry research & researching C suite level prospects within the target sheet
  • Delivering on opportunity generation targets & set conversion rates for opportunity creation
  • Managing inbound leads through webchat & phone for all incoming product inquiries
  • Maintaining consistent follow up in a time efficient manner. All pipeline to be managed within the CRM system
  • Consistently meeting sales KPIs and targets,
  • Providing feedback to the Sales Team to enhance the solution
  • Attending regular sales strategy meetings

Candidate Overview

  • An ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Organised and efficient
  • Experience using a CRM is a plus but not essential
  • An ability to work under KPI’s and sales metrics for performance monitoring
  • A desire to learn in a high growth start-up environment
  • Achieved an undergraduate Qualification
