“[Law] is an industry that is in desperate need of disruption. It is very traditional, extremely inflexible and ridiculously expensive,” says Dan Fox, founder of Johnson Hana International, a Dublin-headquartered alternative legal solutions company which recently raised $1 million in seed funding from backers including Voxpro Group co-founder Dan Kiely.
Johnson Hana International, the first legal process outsourcing company to launch in the Republic of Ireland, decided to open its doors in Dublin just weeks after Britain decided to leave the EU.
"Big data means big challenges. Large international law firms and corporations are drowning in a sea of routine legal review requirements," states Johnson Hana International. "We’re helping our clients to streamline their legal processes whilst dramatically reducing their legal spend."
Johnson Hana International, a company that outsources legal services from its Dublin hub, is expanding in the coming 18 months by adding 200 to its workforce.
