As Ireland’s leading value-focused legal company, today we announce a major expansion of our team across delivery, eDiscovery, finance and commercial functions — marking a new phase of accelerated growth following our acquisition by global legal technology company, Eudia.

In the month since joining forces with Eudia — the world’s fastest-growing AI powered legal tech platform — Johnson Hana has moved rapidly to scale capabilities, invest in top-tier talent and redefine what best-in-class legal solutions looks like in Ireland and beyond.

Commenting on the announcement, Dan Fox, CEO & Founder said:

“This moment represents more than just headcount growth — it’s about assembling a world-class team that shares our vision to fundamentally transform how legal work is delivered. Powered by Eudia, we are scaling with purpose — combining technology, people and process to challenge the traditional ALSP model and deliver true value to in-house legal teams.”

This growth is set to accelerate in H2, backed by $20 million in growth funding and a dedicated war chest for strategic acquisitions. Over the next six months, we will continue expanding our HQ operations and expect to double our team members at our Dublin headquarters, while also targeting the addition of 500+ legal professionals across multiple global locations by year-end.
