Legal AI Consultant

Ireland

remote / office

About the Opportunity

This is a legal-first role. The emphasis is on applying strong contracting expertise and legal judgement to build and refine the playbooks that underpin an AI contracting solution. You will use your understanding of commercial contracts to test AI outputs, improve accuracy and consistency, and ensure the technology reflects the client’s contracting position in practice. It is not a technical implementation role — interest in AI and willingness to engage with new tools is more important than technical background.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Build and Implement AI Legal Playbooks:
Develop high-impact, AI-powered playbooks that translate client contracting, compliance, and M&A workflows into automated, actionable solutions on Eudia’s platform. Collaborate directly with clients to tailor and optimize each playbook.

  • Deploy Solutions and Test AI Outputs:
Lead pilot deployments with client teams, validate and refine AI models on real contracts, and manage configuration, troubleshooting, and integration throughout the onboarding process.

  • Act as Trusted Advisor and Key Client Contact:
Serve as a client contact during rollouts, facilitate working sessions, oversee regular updates, and ensure solutions continuously improve through client feedback and best-practice adoption.

  • Train and Enable Teams:
Deliver targeted training for client legal teams and consultants, upskill users on the Eudia platform, and foster scalable BAU review and knowledge sharing.

  • Drive Process and Product Innovation:
Partner with clients, product teams and delivery to update playbooks, embed learnings from each engagement and inform the evolution of the product.

Coworkers

Skills & Experience

  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience as a lawyer or in  legal operations, playbook development, contract review or legal project delivery. (Formal legal credentials are valued but not strictly required if you offer substantial related experience).

  • You’re skilled at building and codifying playbooks for contracts, legal delivery, or compliance—ideally in an in-house setting, ALSP, legal tech company, or law firm.

  • You’re tech-savvy and AI-curious, you champion new tools, experiment with platforms, and leverage automation to boost productivity.

  • You take ownership, solve problems, and continually push for better ways to deliver legal outcomes.

  • You’re collaborative, consultative, and motivated to help teams adopt transformative legal solutions.
