About the Opportunity
Johnson Hana is seeking to hire Commercial Contracts Consultants for upcoming projects with multiple international companies. These projects will range from 6-12 months in length and there is a strong potential for the projects to be extended beyond this timeframe. These projects are on a contract basis ranging between 20-40 hours per week and there is some flexibility as to when these hours can be completed.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and, negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements such as Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, sale and purchase agreements and shareholders agreements and SaaS agreements.
Support the Contract Management function in the end-to-end management of the various business units with respect of their key objectives.
Coordinating with key stakeholders in bringing each contract to a successful conclusion.
Team-orientated, with the ability to collaborate with others on the legal team and work cross-functionally across an organisation.
Communicate with clients to clearly understand the project and aim to provide solutions to meet the project objectives.
