Welcoming Caroline to the new role, Dan Fox, CEO of Johnson Hana said:

The future is bright for Johnson Hana and our clients, and Caroline will play a big role in helping us get there.”
Remarking on her new role, Caroline stated:
“I am delighted to be joining the team at Johnson Hana. I’ve been watching closely with interest as the business set about disrupting the legal industry here in Ireland and it was really that exciting, disruptive and ambitious spirit of the business that appealed to me. It’s been fantastic to kick start my time here with the launch of our new brand campaign “Find your happy with Johnson Hana”. Going through that process has shown me what a great team there is here at Johnson Hana and I am excited to be a part of that team as we continue for growth in 2024.”
This announcement is part of a series of recent appointments that Johnson Hana has made, strengthening its business operations at all levels across the business. Backed by a substantial €10.5 million investment from AIB, Johnson Hana is on track to increase its workforce to 500 employees by early 2024.
About Johnson Hana
Johnson Hana is Ireland’s leading alternative legal solutions provider. That means we disaggregate legal advisory and legal process work and focus on the latter.
Legal Process Outsourcing – whereby a specific legal process is carved out and outsourced to us
Legal Process Secondments – to augment a busy legal team or fulfil a temporary requirement for an experienced legal professional.
Historically, legal advisory and legal process work were tackled and billed in the same way. This means that all legal work has been as costly and time consuming as legal advice.
It doesn’t need to be.
We deliver legal process work through a combination of innovative legal technologies, robust project management methodologies, and expert lawyers. This approach reduces client legal spend by over 50%, while also providing totally transparent reporting and billing. This leaves our clients free to focus on the strategic, advisory work that really adds value.
